How do you store drink glitter bombs?
Our drink glitter bombs have a shelf life of around 6 months. Be sure to store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Storing our cotton candy in heat, sunlight, or a space with moisture will disintegrate our cotton candy at a faster rate as cotton candy is a very delicate food item.
How do you activate the drink glitter bombs?
There are two ways to activate our drink glitter bombs.
You can drop your Cotton Candy Drink Glitter Bomb into your glass and pour your chosen liquid on top of it. Be sure to give your drink a good stir to get the glitter flowing!
Or you can pour your liquid into your glass and drop your Glitter Bomb into the liquid. Be sure to only fill your glass ¾ way full to prevent overflow. Be sure to give your drink a good stir once the Glitter Bomb is dropped in to get the glitter flowing!

My pink drink glitter bomb turned my lemonade orange. Why?!
Color theory! If you are looking for a specific drink glitter color, be sure to drop it into a clear beverage. If you drop the drink glitter bomb into a beverage that has color already (for example, lemonade), it will appear teal/ green because of the color of the glitter mixing with the beverage color. Be sure to keep this in mind when selecting your beverage and glitter color.
My drink glitter bomb didn’t sparkle as much as I thought it would. How come?
Be sure to give your beverage a quick stir! If your drink is not carbonated or you dropped your Cotton Candy Drink Glitter Bomb into your beverage it may have settled at the bottom and it just needs a good mix.
Can I custom curate cotton candy or drink glitter bombs for my event coming up?
Absolutely. Please keep in mind that we need two months in advance to fulfill custom creation inquiries. You can fill out our custom creations inquiry on the custom creations page. An Fizzix team member will be in touch within 72 hours with details and pricing.
I want to place an order for my event. How early should I place my order on the website?
When placing an order for an event, we recommend placing your order 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure enough time for production, as well as shipment. During the holiday season, our lead times can be longer than usual, so be sure to order with ample amount of time prior to your event.
I just bought drink glitter bombs. What do you recommend I drop them into?
Fizzix drink glitter bombs can be dropped into any beverage that does not contain dairy or a dairy alternative. We suggest something clear and bubbly as that really gets the glitter flowing! Our favorite beverages to drop Glitter Bombs into are prosecco, sparkling water,Sprite, or Olipop!
How long do drink glitter bombs last? Do they have an expiration date?
The expiration date of your product will depend on their unique expiration date. You can check the expiration dates by locating it on the bottom of Art of Sucre Cotton Candy pouches and Glitter Bomb sets.

What is Fizzix return policy?
Because Glitter bombs & cotton candy is perishable, we are not able to accept returns.
I just placed an order. When can I expect it to ship?
Our lead times can vary depending on time of year, a viral video, and our production schedule. If you need your order by a specific date, we suggest selecting the 2-Day option for shipping. Otherwise, we strive to get orders shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If we are going viral, lead times may be longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to make our shipping process as quick and as timely as possible. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
I live in the area. Can I come pick up my order?
We, unfortunately, do not offer local pick up for orders.

We recommend placing your Custom Order with us 2 months in advance. While sometimes we do have the capability to make magic happen, we do only take so many custom orders a month. Custom orders are first come, first serve.
Are your products gluten free/vegan?
Each of our products vary. Be sure to check ingredients.
I opened my cotton candy pouch and it does not contain glitter. Why not?
Our cotton candy pouches are meant for snacking while our drink glitter bombs are meant for dropping in your beverages. Be sure to double check your cart before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the correct product.
